Multiple people are accused of engaging in organized crime for the purpose of trafficking illegal drugs.

A Warren County grand jury Wednesday indicted Jose Bustamante-Valadez, 33 and Omar Silveri Perlata, 27, addresses unknown;  Kakeeya Jaree Tooley, 34 and Ashley Foreman, 24, both of Bowling Green and Rogelio Martinez, 32, of North Carolina on charges of engaging in organized crime-criminal syndicate.

The indictments stem from an investigation of the Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force. All are accused of establishing or maintaining a criminal syndicate for the purpose of selling controlled substances including but not limited to marijuana, according to their indictments.
