Shelter locations and ways to donate to relief efforts
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Many local businesses are opening their doors to help those impacted by Saturday morning’s tornadoes.
Below is a list of the places offering food and shelter.
SOKY Fairgrounds – Pets welcome. 940 Morgantown Road. You can also drop off debris at the Glen Lily Road entrance.
South Warren Middle/High School – 8140 Nashville Road. Offering shelter as well as food and essential items.
Kummer Little Recreation Center – Open from 12-6 on Sunday as a warming site only. 333 College St.
Gasper Brewing Co. – Offering free food and warm place to recharge. You can also donate items here. 302 State Street.
Cumberland Trace Elementary – Donation site only. 830 Cumberland Trace Rd. Warren County Public Schools is asking for monetary donations to the WCPS Synergy Relief Fund at any Independence Bank.
