Center for Courageous Kids celebrates 40,000th camper

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – On Saturday, the Center for Courageous Kids celebrated a massive milestone at their campsite in Scottsville.

They have now reached 40,000 camper who have attended their camps. The 40,000th camper is 16-year-old Anna Miller of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The day was filled with fun and dancing to celebrate this huge milestone. The Center for Courageous Kids was founded by Elizabeth Turner Campbell in 2008 to help children with life altering illnesses and disabilities. CCK has served campers from 45 different states and 13 different countries.
