RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – Our football frenzy game of the week is in Logan County as the Cougars host the Greenwood Gators.
Logan County is coming off a dominant performance against Russellville in the “Battle of the Cats” and are undefeated on the year allowing just 14 points per game in the first 3 contests.
The Gators are looking to bounce back from a loss against Owensboro Catholic.
Their quarterback-running back duo has been lighting up the field. Cam Smith has 6 touchdowns and over 400 passing yards while Tel teal Long is averaging a touchdown and 70 rushing yards a game, so far.
The two teams met up last season with the Gators took the victory 28-21 over the Cougars.
