Logan County Sheriff’s Office K-9 units receive new med kits

LOGAN COUNTY, Ky. – The Logan County Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit has just received new med kits from Protection4Paws.

According to a social media post by the sheriff’s office, the kits include specialized burn sheets, rinsing saline, protective restraints and other items to assist in an emergency.

Deputies say the items are designed to meet their K-9’s needs.

The sheriff’s office says that the K-9 units’ safety is just as important as their deputies, and they are grateful to get this donation.
