First lady Jill Biden to visit Fort Campbell, Kentucky on Saturday

FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. – First lady Jill Biden is set to visit Fort Campbell, Kentucky on Saturday, Dec. 23 as part of her Joining Forces initiative.

According to a release by the Office of the First Lady, she will travel to Fort Campbell, a U.S. Army installation and home of the 101st Airborne Division. She will spend time meeting military families that were impacted by the recent tornado in the area.

The first lady will arrive at 1 p.m. at Campbell Army Airfield. A holiday celebration will take place at 1:30 p.m. at Fort Campbell with military families and volunteers, recognizing the community supporting Fort Campbell after the impacts of the tornado. The first lady will later deliver remarks.
