BUTLER COUNTY, Ky. – An 18-year-old is facing multiple charges following a shots fired report in Morgantown on Thursday night.

According to the Morgantown Police Department, officers responded around 10:30 p.m. to the boat ramp on Old River Road.

At the scene, police say they interviewed multiple witnesses about the incident.

Police say they learned an altercation involving a Morgantown male juvenile and Muhlenberg male occurred at the boat ramp, During this time, police say another male, identified as 18-year-old Keenan Noffsinger of Central City, struck a juvenile then grabbed a firearm.

At this point, police say another juvenile attempted to apprehend Noffsinger, and both individuals fell to the ground.
