Local factory warehouse shut down due to bomb threat
According to Kentucky state police, a bomb-sniffing k-9 did not pick up on any sort of explosive device when police responded to a Bowling Green business Saturday morning for a bomb threat.
The incident happened at the Henkel factory warehouse.
In a statement, deputy police chief penny bowls said officers did not locate anything inside of the building.
She says Henkel’s corporate office asked for an explosives-detecting dog to search the area.
Kentucky State Police were called in to assist.
Again, the k-9 did not find any further evidence of explosives
Employees were sent home in response to the incident.
