Glasgow man charged with drug offenses at hotel

A Glasgow man is under arrest for what police say they discovered in his hotel room.

According to Glasgow police, officers responded to a drug complaint at the Happy Valley Inn and received consent to search the room.

Officers say they located marijuana, a syringe, Adderall and gabapentin.

Kelly Franklin, 47, was arrested and charged with numerous drug offenses. 

He was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center where he remains.
